Best Practices for Real Estate Transactions
We provide title services and closing services in compliance with consumer protection laws in the United States.
Compliance & Best Practices
In today’s real estate market, we are all concerned about Compliance and Best Practices. This is important to our lender partners as they need to make sure their service providers, like Transnation Title Agency, are in compliance with the consumer protection laws governed by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). This includes laws that were put in place by RESPA, Graham-Leach-Bliley and the Dodd Frank Act. At Transnation Title Agency, we treat the compliance of these laws very seriously and are continuously working on improving our procedures to assist with the protection of consumer information.
The goal of our business has always included taking appropriate measures to ensure that we are handling title and closing activities in a secure and thorough fashion. We act as a neutral third party to assist all involved parties; lender, buyer, seller, realtors and another other providers, follow the terms of the transaction by safeguarding the funds and documents involved. Our customers have noticed! We feel this business plan has positively contributed to our continued and noticeable growth since we began our company in 2008.
Rest assured with Transnation Title Agency, we are proud of the work we have done to meet or exceed the American Land Title Association’s (ALTA) recommendation of Best Practices for Title Insurance Companies.

The CFPB's mission is to make markets for consumer financial products and services work for Americans — whether they are applying for a mortgage, choosing among credit cards, or using any number of other consumer financial products.
